Cancellation & Booking Modification Policy

At Green Row Suites, we understand that travel plans—especially those involving weather or aircraft maintenance—can shift unexpectedly. We aim to keep your booking process as smooth and transparent as possible.

• 30-Day Cancellation Policy: Both group and single reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within this 30-day window are subject to cancellation fees (including delays caused by weather or aircraft maintenance).

• Modifying Your Dates: You can adjust your stay up to 7 days before arrival as long as the new dates overlap with your original schedule.

  • Allowed: Shortening a stay (e.g., changing Jan 1–5 to Jan 1–3) or extending a stay (e.g., changing Jan 1–5 to Jan 1–10).

  • New Reservation Required: Shifting to entirely new dates (e.g., moving a Jan 1–5 stay to March 1–5) will be processed as a new reservation, and standard cancellation fees for the original January booking will apply.
